This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Svetliachok called "rice Waffles" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The author of the recipe describes the wafer as a "variation on the theme of Japan." In fact, in Japan have become increasingly popular "Mili" - a sort of hybrid of Japanese rice mochi, and Belgian waffles. They are served with various fillings: from salmon caviar to sweet sauces. Of course, the technology of preparation of the classic "Mili" differs from this simple recipe. However, these delicate rice cakes worthy of your tasting.

Cooking
Rice wash thoroughly. Pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes covered. 400 milk brought to a boil, add salt and sugar. Figure recline in a colander and add to boiling milk.
