Cooking
Crushed cookies, add the soft butter, cocoa, knead until more or less smooth consistency, adding a little condensed milk, about 2 tbsp
Spread evenly in a small form, preferably with detachable sides, I took the usual, but for ease of extraction of the cake made the film (or paper).

Put in ice water to cool. Whisk the cream until thick foam, add the chilled almond a lot and a little whisk. You need to try to the sugar, add to taste.
