Cooking
On the dry heated frying pan to pour out all the seeds and dry them until light brown colour (if there is no flax seed, nothing terrible).
Pour the dried seeds of hot boiling water (200 ml) and leave to cool.
Cold water, chilled water, seeds, flour and cereals, salt, pour in the bucket of the bread machine or the bowl of a food processor, grind the yeast with a handful of flour to crumbs and pour the flour, knead the dough, to watch, to form the bun. If the dough is a little steep, you can add a little water (as seeds when swelling has absorbed some of the water), the dough should be pliable, not sticky to hands. If the dough is kneaded in the bread machine, and let it up; if in a food processor, then put in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and put in oven at T = 40 degrees, let it fit.

On a cutting Board, pour a handful of flour 1 grade, put a third of the dough, roll it in flour and then roll out to about the size of the pan. Warm up the oven to 220 degrees, put the baking sheet with the crackers for 20-25 minutes.
