Delicious crispy bagels. Inside is soft, tender, flavorful dough, and the outside crisp from sugar.

Cooking
The cheese and butter to bring to room temperature. Mix into a homogeneous mass. Add 1 Cup of flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Mix well. The sugar in the dough no need to add. Gradually add just enough flour to form a soft, homogeneous, slightly sticky dough. A lot of flour to pour the dough should not be solid and dry.
