Cooking
Prepare the necessary products.
Butter put in a water bath until dissolved.
Until the butter is melted, in another bowl sift the flour.
To the flour add bran, salt - a little less than half a teaspoon. The main thing is not to overdo it can get salty. Add sugar, baking powder. Mix well.
The oil removed from the water bath and add the yogurt. The yogurt should be room temperature, otherwise the butter will be lumpy. Mix well.
In the oil-yogurt mixture gradually add the flour mixture.
Mix first with a spoon and then hands. The dough will be sticky, so knead it too is not necessary, the main thing that all the ingredients are mixed. I meshu dough not more than a couple of minutes. Next leave the dough in the bowl for 30 minutes. Cover with a towel and leave it "fit". Here is the finished dough.
After half an hour turn on the oven to warm up. Baking tray lay a parchment paper and lightly grease podsolnechnik oil. To put our buns on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven to 180-200°C for 25-30 minutes.
