Pie white wine with fruits
Very gentle, but at the same time crisp, with fruity acidity... perfect pie for Sunday lunch... on the basis of white wine...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sweet white wine

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Fruit

  • Almonds

Cooking

Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add Rast. oil, baking powder, and wine.

Add the flour.

Pour the batter into the form, greased with oil, put the fruit (if frozen, you can defrost first).

Bake in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for about 45 min. (until Golden brown and dry matches). I decorated the cake with almonds. Bon appetit!
