Cokertme kebab Bodrum kebab
In almost every province of Turkey has its own kebab. Adana, Urfa, Manisa... because I have about 7 years of living in Bodrum, today decided to introduce you to our version of the hearty meals. Working in the restaurant understand that this dish was one of my most favorite among the Turks. Out of season cook at home Cokertme kebab, Nikolko not inferior in taste of the restaurant dish. No complicated ingredients, only the preparation time.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Thyme

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

For a start, let's prepare the meat. Meat can be anything (you can even use chicken). Meat is better to use slightly frozen, as it is desirable to cut small thin slices.

After the meat is cut, grate onion, passed through a garlic press 1 clove garlic. Mix meat with onions and garlic. Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Leave for half an hour.

Peel the potatoes. Grate on a coarse grater. Leave in water to remove excess starch.

Again wash the potatoes. Put on a paper towel for drying.

Fry the potatoes until Golden brown, place on a paper towel.

In vegetable oil fry the tomato paste, add a little water. Tomato sauce should be thick. Add a pinch of thyme. At the same time, fry the meat on high heat. Add spices to taste (salt, pepper and thyme).

Serve. The first dish put potatoes, potatoes - a couple of spoons of natural yoghurt with the garlic (finely sliced or proposes through a garlic press).. More meat. Pour a small amount of tomato sauce.
