Cooking
Mushrooms thawed, washed, and sliced. Put to boil in salted water.
Engaged in the vegetables until the mushrooms are boiled. Onion, cut into quarters and thinly sliced.
Melted butter and put onion, so tired.
Mushrooms fished out of the pan with a slotted spoon and sent to the onions. Also so tired in butter with onion about 5 minutes.
Potatoes cut cubes and sent to the mushrooms. Mixed and potamilla another 5 minutes
Cut pickles in small pieces. The cucumbers can be grated. I prefer chopped.
Send them to the potatoes with mushrooms. Stir, taste for salt, and a little doselevel to taste. Remove from the heat.
Prepare the pots. I took 2 of the pot, the largest they one portion biggy. Smeared the inside of the pots with sour cream.
Put the potatoes with mushrooms in them not to the top, that they are languishing in the broth with sour cream and it will be boiled first until just the temperature.
Added half a ladle of the mushroom broth in each pot and the top filled with cream. Put it in the oven for 1 hour at t-180 C. after 15 Minutes, when the pots start to boil, reduce the temperature to 150 C.
Finished pots. Be guided by your oven.
