Domlama (dymlama, diploma, etc.) - the dish is perfect in all respects: easy and tasty, and useful. But the main advantage, in my opinion, is the way of cooking: put, set, forget, enjoy! But, of course, there is one little trick, then tell me... Maybe You have left from the winter stock jar Lecho? Offer on the basis of Domremy to cook a hot meal from the minimum amount of ingredients, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    1.4 kg

  • Lecho

    600 ml

  • Cabbage

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pork wash, dry, cut into medium-sized pieces.

For cooking it is better to use a sturdy pan, deep pan or slow cooker. I was cooking in the cauldron. Pour vegetable oil, evenly spread the meat. I'm not salted.

Peel potatoes, cut large enough, put in a large kettle, salt, pepper to taste.

The main secret of cooking I told my grandmother, who lived for many years in Uzbekistan. So, cauldron, close the lid, put on high heat for 5 min. Nothing will burn! Then diminish the fire (I include 2 of 9) and forget for 2 hours. Stir and add water is not necessary. Most importantly, do not open the lid!
