Omelette cheese
Simple and quick Breakfast. Of course, everyone knows the cheese omelet. Slightly change the cooking technique and get a new dish: soft scrambled eggs in crisp browned cheese crust.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

It's very simple. On a heated pan put a knob of butter and evenly pour the grated cheese.

Break eggs into a bowl and stir with a fork, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, pour in the cream. The cheese starts melting and boiling bubbles. Onlynow pour the mixture into the pan over the cheese.

Waiting for the moment when the edges of the omelet "clutch," i.e., slightly dry. Using a wide blade turn the omelet in half. Then we split an omelet Crescent into two parts and roll to the other side. Fry for 1 minute.
