Cheesecake with oranges
The recipe is from the website of Italian cuisine in my interpretation. For lovers of cottage cheese dessert.

  • Ricotta

    400 g

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Cookies

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    25 g

The original recipe used 670g rickety, thus it is written that you can replace it with soft cheese. I have cottage cheese was only 2 packs (400g), but there was a jar of cream cheese Almette and given that a split form I have less than the recommended 20 cm (recipe 22), I reduced the overall proportions.

Cookies grind in a food processor. Add the softened butter and again whisk to combine. On the bottom of the form with a diameter of 22 cm put the parchment, greased. A lot of biscuits and butter and put in the form and flatten.

Zest the oranges grate, mix with ricotta (in my case cottage cheese and cheese) and sugar.

Add eggs and again mix well. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cream spread on the cookie to flatten.

Oranges clean. Squeeze the juice from one orange. The remaining 2 oranges cut into circles. Cheesecake to cool, place on a plate, decorate with circles of oranges.

Starch stir in a small amount of water, add orange juice. Starch mixture put on fire and stir, bring to a boil. Jelly cool slightly, pour over cheesecake. Cheesecake served cold.
