Cheese pancakes
These savory pancakes can be cooked within 15 minutes. Great for Breakfast with vegetable juice. Lovers of cheese and spinach is dedicated.

Ingredients

  • Adyghe cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.17 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Yogurt

    50 g

Cooking

Onion and spinach wash it and cut into.

Lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil (2 minutes, stirring occasionally). Cool.

Adyghe cheese RUB on a large grater (instead of Adygei cheese you can use cheese, then salt the dough is not necessary).

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (instead of yogurt, you can add sour cream).

The finished dough should have a consistency to resemble a thick sour cream.

Tablespoon put in a pan with hot vegetable oil and fry the pancakes till nice Golden color.

Ready pancakes put on a plate! You can sprinkle paprika powder and drizzle with soy sauce (optional). BON APPETIT.
