Gingerbread lean with jam
Delicious, sweet gingerbread for fasting. For its preparation requires a minimum of product and time.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Black tea

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

So simple that I did not do a lot of step-by-step photos. Mix the tea, jam, sugar and vegetable oil. Add baking soda and leave for 5 minutes. If the jam is acidic, the baking soda to extinguish vinegar or lemon juice. Then add the flour, vanilla and knead the dough. It should be like thick cream. Pour the batter into the pan, greased and floured. Bake at 200*C for about 30-40 minutes. The first 15-20 minutes the oven is not open, otherwise it may settle.
