Pie with pineapple and tangerines

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    250 g

  • Mandarin

    320 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Butter

    210 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Cream

    60 ml

  • Powdered sugar

RUB the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.

Gradually drive egg.

Flour mixed with baking powder and add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Put the dough in greased with vegetable oil a deep form (the cake rises strongly). I used a split form.

For the filling we will need slices of oranges and pineapples in syrup. You can use regular tangerines, previously peeled off the white films and membranes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour into a coconut and mix well. Pineapples and tangerines to drain in a sieve, juice collect.

Mix the fruit and coconut a lot. Then add 5 tbsp syrup from a jar and cream. To spread weight evenly on the dough.

Bake 45 min. at a temperature of 200*C for 10-15 min. before the end cover with foil so the chips are not burnt. The finished pie to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
