Creamy mushroom soup
This creamy mushroom soup is prepared very quickly and turns out very hearty and incredibly tasty. Definitely try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Noodles

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Shinkuem onions and carrots and fry them in vegetable or butter for 10 minutes.

2. Put in parallel to the adjacent burner pot with water or any broth (meat, vegetable).

3. In the fried vegetables, add chopped mushrooms and simmer until until the mushrooms has evaporated all the liquid.

4. In boiling salted water or broth omit the chopped potatoes and sauteed mushrooms with vegetables.

5. 3 minutes until cooked soup, add the noodles, in my case, Putinka, and cream cheese.

6. The finished dish sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add the greens! All a pleasant appetite!
