Cooking
Pork cut into large cubes
Ginger root cleanse and RUB on a grater
Mix ginger and honey. About two-thirds of the mixture mix with the meat, put salt and pepper - the meat should stand for 15-20 minutes, just until heated oven.
Put meat in a greased form. On top of the apples, put the form in the oven for 40 minutes (at 180 grams).
After 40 minutes, remove the apples, then bake the meat until Golden brown - about another 15 minutes.
Baked apples divide equally. 1 save some for a garnish. The second part is peeled and mash with a fork. Mix the pulp with delayed early ginger-Apple mixture, add the juice from the meat (drained and form in which baked it).
