Thick waffles
Having tried many recipes for these waffles, I somehow invented this very simple and even, to some extent, useful recipe. Level – all folded, mixed up, baked! Bake them since last summer and just now decided to share with you, I invite you for a Cup of tea or coffee with flavorful, delicious and healthy waffles!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Outrageously simple! Importantly, the waffle maker to have. First, pour in a bowl all the dry ingredients: 1 Cup oats, 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp oat bran (and without them, I in almost all the pastries put), 0.5 cups of sugar (if sweet tooth, you can even add 2 tbsp of sugar), ¼ tsp. vanilla or 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, 0.5 tsp salt. Stir.

I added 1 tbsp of orange peel, but that is not mandatory.

The same Cup measure out 1 Cup of milk, pour into dry mixture, 0.5 cups of vegetable oil, is also added to the dry mixture and to the same 3 eggs.

All knead well with a spoon. The dough should be thick. Give the dough stand for 15-20 minutes for the swelling of Hercules. All the dough is ready!

Preheat the waffle iron and put 1.5-2 tbsp of dough, bake 7 to 10 minutes.

Let cool on wire rack.
