Cottage cheese dessert with raspberries and kiwi
This recipe I made for my husband Nicholas. He's a wine snob, go with him to a wine tasting, buy some expensive "butelki"... I do not understand... do not drink wine. And then there's the store bought wine glasses! So.. stroked me on the first date. Put the glasses in the cupboard and sighed,... a pity that we not together rejoice... And I decided to make for him a feast of the soul! Join us! Holiday is knocking at the door!

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

    4 piece

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Kiwi peel and into the blender to grind the cereal. Put in the refrigerator.

Mix cottage cheese with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. To whip the cream. With a spatula stir in the whipped cream to the cream cheese. Put in the refrigerator.

Raspberries and sugar to boil. Bring to a boil.

Grind the berries through a sieve. Raspberry sauce to pour back in the pot

Stir the starch in water and slowly add to raspberry mixture. Cook until thick. Leave to cool slightly.

In the prepared glasses raskladyvaem kiwi on the bottom.

Fill a pastry bag with the cheese cream. Spread on a layer of kiwi. Flatten.

The third spread raspberry layer. Refrigerate minimum 2 hours.
