Cooking
Flour (300g) eggs (3 PCs.) knead dense dough. The dough needs to be knead for 5 minutes until elastic, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In the meantime, make the sauce Bechamelle. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and pour 30 g of flour. Mix well with a whisk.
Pour into this mixture the milk, continuing to stir, add a pinch of salt and a little ground nutmeg. Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened to the consistency of sour cream. The sauce is ready. Leave it to cool.
Tomato sauce: heat in a pan 3 tbsp olive oil and the minced garlic. Once the oil is hot pour in the tomato juice. It is very important that the garlic has started roasting, he just needs to give the flavor of the sauce (who doesn't love the taste of garlic, it can be removed from oil before pouring juice). Then add the chopped Basil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for 10 min. tomato Sauce is ready.
Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil. In minced meat add 1 egg, chopped breadcrumbs, fried onions, salt and pepper to taste. Minced knead.
Take our dough and roll out into a thin layer (2 mm thick). Mode the dough into rectangles measuring approximately 10x15 cm and weld one by one in salted water for about 1 min.
Put the mince and turn rolls.
On the bottom of the form pour 2/3 of the tomato sauce and spread our rolls. Then pour all the sauce Bechamelle, again tomato sauce.
Send the dish in the preheated oven to 180C for 30 minutes, then dish sprinkle with cheese and another 10 minutes at 200C.
