Summer, and that means it is time for fresh fruits and berries! I want to share with you the recipe of a simple cake with raspberries. It turns out tender, and the raspberry flavor is just wonderful!

Cooking
Butter (margarine) at room temperature and sugar beat with a mixer.
Add the eggs and continue to beat. The longer you beat the softer the cake will turn out... but don't overdo it))
Now it's time for the flour (it is better to sift), baking powder and vanillin. Add all to our weight and whisk until homogenous.
The result is a gentle creamy dough.
Spread the dough in an even layer, and pour the raspberries over the dough. It is not necessary to press the raspberries inside, because in the process of baking the dough rises and raspberries will be inside the pie. In a pre heated oven (about 180*C) put the pie and bake until done. I have it took about 35 minutes.
That's what pie got me! The taste is really delicate and sweet, and the aroma of raspberries to act as bait and got the whole family together at the table! :)
