I decided to add my first recipe. I want to share my cheese bagels. Took the recipe on the old site Eat at Home there we were getting ready for a small party. (Forgive me, the author of the recipe can not remember the name.) These bagels can be eaten hot and cold. I have them constantly for Sunday morning coffee.

Cooking
Here are all the necessary ingredients.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Mix the flour, grated cheese, baking powder and salt. Add the butter at room temperature, sour cream and knead the dough.
