Ossetian pie with zucchini and cheese
Delicious and hearty, full-bodied and moderately juicy, with a crispy dough and juicy filling cake, good for every day, and will worthily decorate the holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    750 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brisket

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Pepper

    300 g

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

Zucchini to RUB on a grater. Place in a colander, mash well with hands and squeeze the juice. Add the ham, feta cheese, onion, dill, eggs.

Mix well and place in a mold (26 cm in diameter), which pre-pave puff pastry making high sides.

Mix the chopped bacon, 100 gr. red pepper 50 g mozzarella grated on a grater
