Buns
These muffins layered with sweet poppy filling and drizzled with vanilla fondant, would be a good treat for tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    140 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Mac

    5 Tbsp

Prepare yeast dough Yeast mash and mix them with a little warm yogurt, to give them time for (up to cap)

To put it in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes

While the dough rises, prepare the poppy seed filling. For this the Mac should be washed in warm water and then put it in boiling water and bring to a boil, drain in a strainer or cheesecloth. Add the sugar and mix well.

Fondant is cooked too long. In a bowl with the icing sugar add butter and grind until smooth. Then add vanilla, a thin stream pour in the milk and, stirring, bring to a boil. A little cool and beat the mixture with a whisk or with a mixer.

Ready to roll out the dough to a thickness of not less than 1 cm from Top to evenly spread the poppy filling.
