Description
The cake turns out very tasty, perfect for snacking or to take along on a nature, for example. This is my first recipe on the Cook, before then or didn't have time to take pictures while cooking, or the camera was not at home (husband took), and cook something serious just as soon stay home alone, so no one is distracted. This recipe even 5 years ago rewritten yourself to the culinary notebook of a magazine, and only now decided to cook. I didn't cook this pie before!

Cooking
For the dough, melt margarine and mix with flour. Add sour cream, quenched with vinegar, baking soda and salt.
Knead a smooth dough, to give it the shape of a ball, wrap in transparent film and put into the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.
Then take the dough, roll out on a floured table to a thickness of approximately 1.5-2 cm, put in a greased form and make the bumpers. The dough should be in a few places to pierce with a fork, to make it not curved.
To prepare the filling, saury, together with the butter spread in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the mashed potatoes. My green onions, cut into thin rings and add to the same.
Spread the filling evenly on the dough. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
To prepare the filling whisk eggs, add sour cream and again whisk. Evenly pour our future pie fillings.
Dill wash, dry, finely chop and sprinkle the pie. I have fresh dill was not there, I sprinkled dried. Put on the middle level of the oven and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes.
This pie can be served as hot or cold as a snack. Bon appetit!!!
