Fragrant bread with honey and oatmeal. Crispy crust and tender crumb! Try it, you'll love it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Honey

    30 g

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

In a saucepan pour water, add honey and butter. Put on fire and bring to a boil, melt the butter, turn the heat off.
