I have a friend. She lives in St. Petersburg. We met her "Vkontakte" in the same cooking group. We even met, I was at her house. Yesterday she posted a recipe for orange-coconut cake. The recipe seemed very attractive. I worked a little bit, and slightly changed this morning brought to life. Waiting for her daughter and granddaughter to visit. Cake turned out wonderfully tasty. Cooking
Cook foods to have everything at hand. Approximately 2/3 of the orange to cut the peel thin strips.

The dough is kneaded. The orange clean, the cloves, slice crosswise into pieces, add to the batter and mix.
Put the dough in the form. Put in a preheated 180°C oven. Bake for 30 minutes. I have, however, within 30 minutes the cake is not cooked. I reduced the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 10 minutes.
The finished cake out onto a plate and grease with a brush the cooled orange syrup. Sprinkle lightly with coconut.
On top lay out strips of orange zest. Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Voila!!! Cupcake is ready! Bon appetit!!!
