Fish meatballs
"Caught" in the store today, the fish - haddock. So I wanted to cook it in white sauce... that's what the result is!!! Go!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Cheese sausage

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To prepare fish fillets.

Pass it through a meat grinder.

Onion (1 PC.) and cabbage grind in a blender (quite finely).

Add in minced onion + cabbage, egg, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and mix well. To form the meatballs. Roll them in the breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.

The meatballs put in the form greased with vegetable oil.

Fry the onions and carrots.

Sauce: melt the butter in a pan, add the flour, fry until Golden brown. Gently pour a glass of milk, stirring all the time to avoid lumps. To cool down a bit. Add sour cream, cheese (grated on a fine grater) carrots + onions. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the hot oven for 30 minutes.

After half an hour enjoy the delicate meatballs in a creamy sauce! M-M-M-M good!!! Bon appetit!!!!
