Cake “Snail”
Pretty easy to make a cake. The filling can be changed according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Chicken fillet

  • Nuts

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

  • Dill

  • Water

Prepare the filling: finely chop the boiled chicken fillet, lightly toasted nuts (I had hazelnuts), fennel, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Knead the dough from flour, water and salt.

Thinly roll out the dough. Thickness somewhere 1-2 mm.

A thin layer spread the stuffing on top

To roll the roulade, then wrap in the shape of a snail, gently pulling and pressing roll. Brush with beaten egg yolk. I sprinkled this stuff, which in Azerbaijani is called "charak otoo", literally bread grass. In Russian don't know how. Maybe someone will know as they say "in person" photos. Put into a form, greased, and bake in the oven.
