Peeled and roasted hazelnuts crushed into crumbs of medium size. Very easy to roast the nuts in the oven. Soft butter grind into crumbs with flour, brown sugar (or regular white), flour and nuts (30 g) Put in the fridge (while we prepare the dough)
Sift flour with baking powder, add the nuts (30 g) and mix. At this stage it is already possible to turn on the oven to 180°C.
Whisk one egg with the icing sugar white.
Second, beat egg with vegetable oil using a blender into a homogeneous emulsion (2-3 minutes will be enough)
Combine the two mixtures, mix well.
Remove from bone plums and cut each plum into 6-8 pieces.
Sprinkle the plum slices in starch (corn or potato - without a difference), mix well. Thus the drain will not give extra juice to the test, won't wet it, but she will retain the juiciness.
In a few receptions add flour mixture to egg-sugar, each time stirring the dough with a spatula movements from the bottom up, gently but thoroughly.
The consistency is a thick cream. The batter slowly dripping from the blade.
A baking dish (diameter 20 cm) lay a parchment. The bottom and sides of the form to grease with vegetable oil. Put the dough in the form.
On dough to lay out the plum slices.
