My family loves stuffed peppers, so I decided to attach their home to cook a "Family dish of the year". Turned out juicy, tasty Christmas trees, stuffed with minced meat and mushrooms "growing" on sourdough, potato-onion glade. Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil together with one onion, at the end of cooking add semolina, stir and turn off the heat, allow to cool. This process involved my daughter Julia.

Stuffed pepper put in a saucepan, pour boiling, salted water and put to cook on slow fire. Cook for 5-7 minutes after boiling, then drain the water.
Prepare the lawn: potatoes cleaned, cut into roundels, salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices for grill, mix well. This was our favorite grandpa.
Protiven grease with vegetable oil and spread it on the potatoes. Put my little hostess Vikulechka.
So she put the potatoes (well, really a bit showed her how it's done).
For potatoes put the onion, cut into rings, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with 1 bunch chopped greens and put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
That's what the sauce it is necessary to prepare: mix mayonnaise with a mixer eggs, milk, grated cheese, flour, add a little salt.
After some time take out from the oven a baking pan with potatoes-a lawn, turn to him the pepper-tree, squeezing them to the mayonnaise-garland, sprinkle with chopped parsley, garnish with slices of carrots and put back in hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve piping hot! MMM-tasty family dish we did it!!! And thanks for my precious daughter, daddy, granddaddy, my beloved husband, who had just taken a huge part in this process - it is good to eat, but do not think bad about him, he is preparing me, I felt sorry for him because Sashulya came after two weeks of work and slept while we were preparing a surprise for him!!!
