Custard honey cake with lemon cream
Honey cakes are of course are on the website. But I think that will be useful and this option. The cake turns out with a brand new flavor thanks to the cream "Lemon Kerd (Lemon Curd)" which I borrowed from HELENA D. the taste of the cake is pale lemon with honey and a layer of prunes.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Lemon

In a container (pot ), add sugar, soda, put the butter softened. Thoroughly mix and then add honey and eggs, repeating the process of rubbing.

In another big saucepan, pour water and put on fire. It omitted the pot with the mixture for the cake and boil (water bath) on slow heat for 7-10 minutes, while constantly stirring the contents. Begin to add flour, but only slowly and gradually, continuously mixing the contents.

After you add all the flour, boil the dough for 3 minutes. Put the dough to cool.

Cooled to room temperature, divide into 5 parts and roll cakes. The dough gets not thick and sticky. So roll out on parchment paper for baking, sprinkle it with flour. A rolling pin can also be sprinkled with flour. We shape what is required and the paper is shifted to the sheet. Put bake in a heated oven to 180 gr.

Cakes are baked 3-4 minutes - the main thing not to overdo. Better in advance, before baking, roll 2-3 layers. Cool the cakes to form a cake.
