Chicken soup with rolls
This soup was prepared by my grandmother when I was a kid, and now I cook it for my family. A combination of chicken, melted butter, garlic and fragrant pepper make this soup fabulous.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    600 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Cooking

Chicken meat cut into pieces and fry in ghee until Golden brown.

When the meat is browned, place it in boiling water, oil to leave the pan. The broth and salt to taste.

Half the oil cast into a bowl and add the chopped garlic.

Onion and carrot finely chop and fry in a pan with the remaining oil, then put in a pot of broth.

Eggs, pinch of salt and flour knead a tight dough as the noodles.

From the obtained dough roll out two thin pellets with a thickness of about 1 mm oil with garlic, sprinkle black pepper and twist rolls, Saipov the edge, so that in the process of cooking, the rolls are not unwound.

The resulting rolls are cut into pieces of 3 cm length

When chicken broth is ready, lower the rolls in the broth and cook for another five minutes.
