Trifle is a dessert in a Cup, but rather a cake, but only in portions and in the Cup. Today I want to share the most delicious, most tender and mega chocolate dessert. Even if you're not a chocoholic, once you try it YOU will love

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1.5 pack

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Milk

    165 ml

Cooking

Gelatin is decomposed into 3 containers ( 4 grams) and pour cold milk ( or water) in a ratio of 1:6, i.e., each pour 24 g milk (water).

Start with a dark layer of Chocolate to break. Grind the yolks with both sugars.

Milk to heat (BUT NOT BOIL), Add a thin stream of hot milk, stirring constantly. Put on medium heat, continuously stir until lightly thickened ( a few minutes).

Remove from heat, add swollen gelatin.

As soon as the gelatin dissolves, pour into the chocolate Mix and cool

Whisk cream to soft peaks. Add to the chocolate mass. Pour into cups in equal portions. Put in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, until harden the first layer, perform the same manipulations with the milk layer. To get cups and pour equal portions on top of the dark layer. put the cups in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, until harden the second layer, perform the same manipulations with a white layer. To get cups and pour equal portions on top of the milk layer. Cover with cling film and put the cups in the refrigerator until fully cured.
