Cheese muffins with zucchini
In the summer season vegetables dominate the menu. Offer a simple recipe for muffins with cheese and zucchini. Low-calorie, homemade cakes with vegetables. Gently and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, salt and leave for 5 minutes. Then squeeze.
