Cooking
To cook the meat. In minced meat add 1 egg, 1 slice soaked white bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Apples clean, cut into small pieces
To the apples add the grated on a large grater cheese and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Food foil grease with vegetable oil and spread it on the meat. On top of the meat put the Apple filling.
Roll wrap in foil and put in oven for 30 min., t-200град.
Then you take your loaf out of the oven, cut with scissors on top of foil and sprinkle with grated cheese, turn the grill and send another 10 minutes, until Golden brown.
When the crust is browned, take out from the oven, carefully remove the foil, cut into serving pieces and arrange on the plates.
So the roll looks in the cut.
