Cooking
1. The fish defrosted and generously drizzle with lemon juice, green onions finely chop. Prepare marinade of mayonnaise, soy sauce, pepper, marjoram, French herbs (or any of your favorite herbs). Place the fish in a bowl, sprinkle onions, cover with sauce and leave to marinate for 3 hours (available all night).
2. Then fillet cut lengthwise into two parts, put small pieces of lemon, dill and roll into rolls (to fasten with a skewer). On rolls sprinkle a little lemon (can olives optional).
3. Capacity for baking vystelit foil, tightly put the rolls, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven for 30 -40 minutes.
4. Take the finished rolls to cool down a bit.
