Description

Chicken meatballs with assorted vegetables in a pot
Something had to prepare lunch for me and Junior. Dinner left a couple of spoons of chicken meat. But this is not enough meatballs for two... In the freezer lay assorted vegetables, in the refrigerator for a slice of cheese, a packet of cream.... And so was born this pot:) I Present to your judgment and worry is the first recipe I post here:)

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetables

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Generated 10 meatballs the size of a little smaller than an English walnut. Dip them in flour.
step-1
Put meatballs in a pot and pour in the whipped cream, covering the meatballs in half(if you want the sauce turned out thicker, instead of cream you can put a couple of tablespoons of sour cream).
step-2
Frozen vegetables put them in a colander, poured the boiling water and then cold water. And then my camera battery is dead and another photo of the step there:( But in this step, put the vegetables in the pots and fill each pot half a Cup of bouillon. Cover pots with lids and put into the oven for about 30 minutes at 180-200*C.
step-3
After half an hour take the pot out of the oven, remove the lid, sprinkle cheese and again in the oven - until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
