Cooking
In a bowl put 2 packs of cheese and a jar of condensed milk.
Cheese and condensed milk, whisking to avoid lumps. I did it with blender.
Gelatin to prepare in the usual way. Pour a glass of cooled boiled water, give it to swell.
After swelling the gelatin, bring it to a hot state, i.e. until dissolved and strain through a fine sieve. Add the prepared gelatin in cottage cheese and condensed mass and mix well.
Now add the stewed fruit (I had pineapple), but without the syrup.
Pineapple mixed with cottage cheese and pour everything into shape. Put in refrigerator for freezing. Hardens quickly within hours.
Dessert is ready! Treat! Very tasty!
