Want to please loved ones with something tasty? Then use this recipe of oatmeal cake with cream cheese, jam and raspberries! The cake recipe is very easy to perform and not costly, but at the same time, it's surprisingly tasty, and it is impossible to cook incorrectly!

Cooking
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla and cereal. Mix well.
In the obtained dry mixture, add the soft butter and RUB all crumbs.
The bottom of a split form to lay baking paper. Received 2/3 of the crumbs spread in the form and tightly pressed.
In the curd add sugar, egg, starch and mix very well (preferably no grains).

... apply an even layer over the cottage cheese mixture and a little trim tea spoon.
For this cake I have handy in the freezer turned out to be raspberry. I was frozen, left pretty berries for decoration, and the rest spread on top of jam.
We have baby it, I sprinkled the cake and sent it in a preheated 180*C oven for 50 minutes. The last 10 minutes increase oven temperature to 200*C.
