Again, I ordered a dinner favorite stuffed pasta. Decided to cook them for a couple. A very convenient way! Makaronchiki swollen, but not soft! Soaked the meat - mushroom taste. Very Sitenko and delicious!

Tomato paste

Salt
Cooking
Mushrooms finely chop.
Add to the stuffing.
Onion cut into small cubes
Carrots to grate.
Mix all ingredients, add finely chopped greens, tomato paste, salt, mix well.
Dump in the pasta, put in a steamer (mantovano).
Cook 40 minutes.
