Raspberry-blueberry pancake cake
I represent to Your attention a delicious treat on Shrove Tuesday - pancake cake! Part of: Duo of raspberry and blueberry jams to delicate curd cream framed pancakes. Very tasty! It is also very important that the cake is cooked without sugar and gelatin! Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Cheese curd

    300 g

  • Jam

    50 g

  • Damn

    5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Clementine

    0.5 piece

Cooking

For the raspberry cream mix 150 g curd cheese 25 g raspberry jam and 1 tsp lemon juice.

The cream is ready.

For blueberry cream, mix the remaining cottage cheese, 25g blueberry jam and lemon juice.

The cream is ready.

The form for the cake to lay a pancake.

At the bottom put 1 tbsp blueberry cream.

3 blueberry pancakes apply cream.

Roll each into a loaf and put in a spiral in shape.

Put the raspberry cream, flatten, wrap and put into the fridge for a couple of hours.

Before serving, remove the cake from the mold.

Cover with remaining pancake, garnish with droplets of raspberry and blueberry jams. In the center put slices of peeled Clementine.
