Mousse with white chocolate and kiwi
Very gentle creamy fruit mousse. Enjoy a harmonious combination of in-season kiwifruit. Suitable even for those who don't like white chocolate, as its taste is not predominant, but rather sets off this dessert.

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • White chocolate

    120 g

The recipe is not tricky and low products. Let's get started. 2 peel the kiwi and blend it in the blender with 70 g of sugar, put in refrigerator.
