Pork ribs in the pot
A lot of cooking pots was presented to you on our website. Turn came before mine. That's just the photo turned out a little bad, but the taste was excellent.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    700 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Potatoes

    12 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Water

    300 g

  • Greens

Prepare everything for frying. The ribs cut into sections.

Sunflower oil very hot in a deep frying pan and on high heat fry the pork ribs on both sides, then season with salt and pepper as desired, add 1 incomplete teaspoon of a mixture of dry spices. Cover with a lid and simmer further on low heat for 10 minutes (it is important when braising meat gave a lot of juice).

Onion cut into half rings and add to the meat,stir, cover and remove the pan from the heat.

Young small peel the potatoes and slice crosswise, with mushrooms drain the brine, rinse.

Put the pots in a preheated oven to 200 g. 1 hour 15 min. the Ribs are delicious, the meat on them is tender and juicy. The sauce is impregnated with the scent of a bouquet of Armenian blend of spices and marinated mushrooms.

Spice mixture - Armenian universal. Quote ingredients: coriander, Basil, salt, greens of a celery, black pepper, oregano.
