Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

Mushrooms cut into small pieces. Chop the onion and cut into half rings. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and lightly brown the mushrooms and onions.
