Caramel donuts
Cooked donuts recipe Christina site Cook, they liked it so much my husband and son that I have asked immediately to repeat. But two days in a row to cook the same dishes I'm not interested and I decided to experiment a bit. Home NG remained of the candy among them were 150 gr. steadfast toffee Zolotoy Klyuchik. So I experimented... get the donuts with a light caramel smell and taste, but it is better for such the amount of ingredients to take toffee more, for a richer caramel flavour.

Ingredients

  • Toffee

    150 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In a saucepan pour 100 ml. of water and put butterscotch. On low heat with constant stirring to melt the toffee until completely dissolved. Leave to cool to room temperature.

In 50 ml. of warm water add 1 teaspoon of sugar and dissolve yeast. To give up.

Beat eggs with milk. Pour the caramel and stir. In the flour pour in the beaten egg and caramel mixture.

Add water with yeast, salt, sugar and knead a soft dough. The dough should be elastic, but not cool!

Put the dough in a warm place for about 1 hour (should increase about 2 times). Then press down and to give again to come.

Roll the dough into a formation about 0.5 cm and a glass cut out circles.

To heat the oil. Lower the doughnuts into the oil and fry on both sides until Golden color (on medium heat).

Ready donuts spread on a paper towel to stack excess fat.
