Puff pastry baskets with cream and grapes
Autumn is the time of ripening of the grapes. I like grapes, but in baked goods I tried it just recently and was not disappointed. I advise everyone to try, it turns out very juicy and tasty. These baskets I liked it so much that decided to repeat and with figs, it turned out also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Grapes

  • Figs

Let's start with the preparation of the almond cream. 50g of almonds and 50g of brown sugar grind in a coffee grinder or a food processor, add 50g of butter, 1st.l. flour, 1 tbsp flavored liquor (best suited Muscat wine) and one egg.

Wash and dry small brush of grapes, if you do with the figs, then cut it into quarters.

Puff pastry to thaw. Using a mug or cookie cutters to make a pattern, much press is not necessary.

Carefully with a knife cut, not to lose territory (this is important). According to the smaller pattern (small circle) to cut the dough, it is done so that during baking the edges of the dough rose up around the stuffing.

Send in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, the cream should be brown and the dough to rise. Top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
