Casserole
Love cabbage rolls, but time, as always, is not enough for them?... come, let's buy you a proven recipe that will not take much time!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Cabbage

  • Pepper

  • Celery root

  • Tomato

  • Oil corn

Onions, carrots, celery, peel the pepper, remove the middle. Cut the onion into cubes, carrots, celery, pepper strips. Saute the vegetables in vegetable oil for a few minutes, add the peeled from the skin tomatoes, diced. Saute 3 minutes

Boil the rice until soft. I used rice brand Mistral

Chop the cabbage. In a large bowl mix the minced meat (I have mixed, but can be any), boiled vegetables, rice, cabbage, egg. Add salt, oregano, and Basil. Mix well.

Fold the resulting mass in a baking dish and place in pre-heated oven. Bake at 200 deg. 40 minutes (if the chicken meat, cooking time reduce)

5 minutes until cooked sprinkle casserole with grated cheese (any cheese of your choice)

You can serve it both hot and cold. Casserole holds its shape.
