Description
Crispy base with rich flavor of cheese and the filling of mouth-watering onion - this tart will be a wonderful afternoon snack with a fresh green salad, and the cold will be a good snack.

Cooking
For the filling, peel the onion, cut into thin half-rings. Season with salt, add leaves of fresh thyme (you can substitute dry).
Fry until soft, silk condition very light and caramelize in olive oil. It is important to stir constantly, it takes me about 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
For the dough cut the cold butter cubes and RUB in with fingertips in a mixture of flour and paprika to the crumbs.
Add the finely grated cheese, egg yolk and quickly knead the dough. It is important not to move, this tart will be tough. If the dough is warm, put it in the fridge.
Roll the dough into a rectangle or distribute it in form. Roll out more convenient to all already on the baking sheet because the dough is very easily torn. Prick with a fork and bake 10 minutes at 180*C.
After 10 minutes of baking for the dough to distribute evenly the onion and bake for another 15 minutes.
