Cooking
Cut into pieces a La carte fish with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Let stand for a couple of hours in the fridge at night.
In plastic bag mix flour, corn and wheat. Pieces of fish roll in flour and put in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry on all sides until Golden brown (just a few minutes on each side)
Put on the laid parchment or foil a baking sheet and 20 minutes in a preheated 180-200 degree oven.
