Description

Calamari grilled with green filling
Very juicy, tender, spicy squid, grilled. The dish is self-sufficient, requires no side dish.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

Squid clean, pour the soy sauce "Kikkoman" and set aside to marinate.

Take white bread, loaf (I have a baguette) cut into small cubes. If pokerstove, as I have, that shred blender in large chips.

Finely chop green onions with the white part of the garlic and parsley, can take any herbs.

Add to the bread crumbs, the herbs, egg, salt and ground black pepper. Mix up the filling.

Stuff squid with bread crumbs with herbs. Not tightly stuffed, because when baking they decrease (shrink) in size.

Fasten the hole with a toothpick, greased squid soy sauce and olive oil, put on a lattice and bake on coals for about 10-15 minutes, turning. Will not overdry it! The same can be done on the grill in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve the squid hot on lettuce leaves. Bon appetit!
